Welcome to the Official Website of the Principality of Liscreagh Hibernia, Nature of micronations. The Principality of Liscreagh Hibernia is a micronation founded by Lord Long 3rd March 1911 and is built on the ideas of Ancient Breton Law. The Principality currently claims sovereignty over the claimed in the Ancient Kingdom of Munster. What is a Micronation?

  • Micronations are a semi sovereign entities and should not be confused with cults, anti-government groups, terrorist organizations, or threats to national security.

  • Almost all micronations have a structure that is similar to an established sovereign state, and tend to include: territorial claims, government institutions, official symbols and citizens.

  • Micronations are often quite small, in both their claimed territory and claimed populations and may also issue formal instruments such as postage stamps, coins, banknotes and passports, and bestow honours and titles of nobility.

Our Primary Goal as a Micronation: Liscreagh Hibernia is recognised independent under the Montevideo Convention on the Rights and Duties of States. Under customary international law as laid out in the Convention, An independent entity, our next step is recognised independence from the wider international community. Reasons for Founding and Current Development The Principality of Liscreagh Hibernia. We hold a firm understanding in Ancient Breton Law and a system run by Druidic High Priests, Scribes, who protect the land for the people. Breton Law: Through our belief in Breton Law and the Druids we have developed a centralised monarchy revolving around the Crown Prince and an executive and legislative authority The Druid Council of Éirú. The Council protects our people from abuses of autocratic power. To assist the Crown Prince & Council we developed the Peer Senate which is comprised of the Druidic Government, Proconsuls, Peers of the Realm and a few unique positions. We believe that through readily available advice, the Crown Prince can introduce effective legislative action to meet the needs of the Nation. In Society: We believe that everyone has the right to live freely and live their best life, and therefore we aim to create an open and accepting society. Our first step was the introduction of Ancient Breton Law used for thousands if years on Earth. Breton Law is widely available in books and video form. Through careful development we have created a strong digital community, where the citizens are able to connect to one another, regardless of where they are in the world. We have developed social clubs such as the Blavk Castle Society, Loughmo Castle Society, Ó Béarga Cumann & Council of Toirdelbach Ua Briain and Brian Boru. The Ancient Gods of Dan is our main religious denomination. In Economics: The Principality of Liscreagh Hibernia follow te Breton Laws. When Lord Lorg first created the Barony of Liscreagh in 1911 it was run under the bases of one good deed deserves another, and no money exchanged. When Crown Prince Patrick Ui Brien Long and Crown Princess Hanora Mary Bourke Long of Bruree formed the Principality of Liscreagh Hibernia in 1933 Ancient Breton Law of one good deed deserves another was kept so all the people were happy and equal. In 1977 Grand Duchess Bridget Long Purcell of Loughmoe Castle became Crown Princess and included Loughmoe to the Principality. In 1951 Duchess of Shelbourne Princess Mary was born and she married Grand Chieftain of Béarga from Inch and Liscreagh. Sealing the Principality covering an area 90 miles wide in diameter all under control of Breton Economic Law. In Culture: Ancient Breton Druidic Pagan, an ghaeilge, an Tuatha dé danann, Goddess Bríd, Clannad, Tir & Council of Toirdelbach Ua Briain and Brian Boru. Elohim Council Éirú. Protection of Natural resources, environment, music and festivals. Pride of Nationalism.
